- Payment for purchase is to be made via Paynow
- Free delivery for purchase above S$60.00, otherwise delivery fee of S$15.00 chargeable
- Delivery within Singapore except Sentosa and restricted area which will incurred additional delivery fee
- Once payment received, you would able to receive the order within 2 to 3 days (Exclude Public Holidays and Weekend)

- Any opened bags should be stored in airtight containers or packaging away from sunlight in a cool, dry place, or as advised on the product packaging
- We made a point to inspect all orders before they are packed for delivery to ensure quality in our products
- Any replacement of Products (Exclude treat/chew/food) will be done at the premises of Paws Wagon and must be returned unused in its original packaging and condition

- While our natural treats are super tasty 🙂 , we would highly recommend few safety tips for paw parents to observe
- Human consumption is not recommended
- Supervise your furkid while feeding them any treat or chew
- Remove any large, swallowable pieces to prevent blockages
- Provide plenty of drinking water to help with digestion. Hard chew/treat could damage our furkid teeth. If your furkid isn’t used to this treat, feed in limited quantity
- Always get a chew size slightly larger than your furkid mouth
- Wash your hands with soap and water after handling
